Educator Reflection Tip #48: Are you a “Change Champion”?

Dr. Joris Ray, Superintendent of Shelby County Schools, defines “Change Champions as people who serve as fierce advocates on behalf of children. Are you a “Change Champion” for your students? In these unprecedented times in education, students need a teacher who will understands what they are going through emotionally and socially, who will challenge the status quo, advocate for their needs, and find the resources they need so they are able to go above and beyond to ensure that their students succeed academically.
